Make a Statement

Objective:

In this project you will choose a word, saying, quote, pun, lyric, or phrase and illustrate it creatively.  The text should not be all in one place.  It is mandatory that you incorporate the text within your composition.

CHOOSE SOMETHING POWERFUL/ MEANINGFUL TO YOU!!!

(Do some research!)

Phrase examples:

Quote examples:

Maybe I wanted to hear it so badly that my ears betrayed my mind in order to secure my heart.

I'm a godmother, that's a great thing to be, a godmother. She calls me god for short, that's cute, I taught her that.

 

A country can be judged by the quality of its proverbs.

 

Doing nothing is very hard to do ... you never know when you're finished.

What you must have:

2 Sketches- DUE MONDAY 10 pts

Clean neat lines in Illustrator

Use Illustrator for TEXT insertion

8.5 by 11 document

Photoshop/Paint may be used but NO OUTLINES SHOULD BE DONE IN THESE THEY LOOK SLOPPY!
